Job Description
The University of Northern Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Office of Financial Aid as a Financial Aid Counselor – Systems Specialist. This position supports the administration of financial aid by working within Banner and related financial aid systems to ensure accurate and timely processing, maintain regulatory compliance, oversee Pell Grant processing and reconciliation, and resolve complex system and processing issues. The role also provides financial aid counseling and exceptional customer service to students and families while collaborating with campus partners to support student success.
