Fort Lewis College seeks applications for a Financial Aid Counselor/Technical Specialist.

Job Description

The Financial Aid Office processes the free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine the financial aid eligibility for students, while also providing in depth counseling to students and families on their educational costs and funding options. The Financial Aid Technical Specialist/Counselor position reports to the Assistant Director of Financial Aid and manages the college’s scholarships software, conducts technical duties needed to process financial aid applications, as well as being part of a team of Financial Aid Counselors that provides instruction and counseling to parents and students regarding student financial aid policies and procedures.
