Job Description

The Office of Financial Aid at CU Boulder welcomes applications for the Assistant Director of Fiscal Management! The Office of Financial Aid is part of the Enrollment Management unit, where we support recruitment and student success efforts of the campus through the administration of financial aid programs. This full-time position reports to the Director of Financial Aid and is the primary fiscal officer for federal, state, and institutional financial aid program funds providing fiscal responsibility, accurate reporting, and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies/procedures. General duties include program planning/implementation, funds management, and financial aid compliance reporting and audits. This position supports the Director on essential fiscal management and reporting for the Office of Financial Aid. This position maintains a thorough and current working knowledge of all Title IV federal, State of Colorado, and institutional rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure accurate release of information and program compliance.
